2020-2021 Season
The season is divided into two sessions, Fall and Spring. Open enrollment is held the first three weeks only for each session from 6:15 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. Membership dues are $55 per adult or $25 per student each session. All registrations and rehearsals are held on Monday evenings at the Rockdale Auditorium located at 903 Main Street in Olde Town Conyers (unless otherwise specified). Rehearsals begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. and end at 9:15 p.m.
The Guild performs two concert series per season. Chorus call is at 6:00 p.m. and the performances begin at 8:00 p.m. Each member is given 10 tickets at $10 each to sell to their family and friends to help build large audiences and generate funds. The Covington/Conyers Choral Guild is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

2020 FALL SESSION - Cancelled
Open Registration Monday, August 31 Tuesday, September 7 in lieu of Labor Day holiday Monday, September 14 6:15 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. Rehearsals Every Monday evening August 31 - December 14 7:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. Concert Series Thursday, December 10 First Baptist Church - 1139 Usher Street, Covington Friday, December 11 Rockdale Auditorium - 903 Main Street, Olde Town Conyers Annual Winter Retreat December 28-30 Bonclarken Conference Center Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Flat Rock, NC The retreat is designed to give members a preview of the music selections for the upcoming Spring Session. It also gives members the opportunity, outside the confines of weekly rehearsals, to get better acquainted with other members and their guests. Cost includes transportation, two-night accommodations, and two breakfast meals. Sign-up sheets will be available at the Membership Table at each rehearsal. |
