2025-2026 SEASON

Each season is divided into two sessions, Fall and Spring. Open enrollment is held the first three weeks only of each session from 6:30 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. Membership dues each session are $70 per adult registrant or $30 per student registrant. Rehearsals for the Fall Session will be held on Monday evenings at Oxford Baptist Church located at 305 Emory Street, Oxford, GA 30054. Rehearsals begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. 

The Guild performs two concert series per season in May and December on Thursday evening and Friday evening. Chorus call is at 6:00 p.m. and the performance begins at 8:00 p.m. Each member is given 10 tickets to sell to their family, friends, neighbors, etc. to help build large audiences and generate funds. The Covington/Conyers Choral Guild is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Annual Winter Retreat
December 29-31
Bonclarken Conference Center
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Flat Rock, NC

The retreat is designed to give members a preview of the music selections for the upcoming 2026 Spring Session. It also gives members the opportunity, outside the confines of weekly rehearsals, to get better acquainted with other members and their guests. Cost includes transportation, two-night accommodations, and two breakfast meals. Sign-up sheets will be available on the Membership Table at each rehearsal.
